This policy explains how the Liberty-i website uses cookies and similar storage technologies. It should be read with our privacy policy.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can remember a preference without using a traditional cookie. Some technologies are essential for security, sign-in, the basket and checkout. Optional analytics technologies help us understand website use.
2. How consent works
We use essential technologies where they are necessary to provide a service you request or to keep the service secure. Optional analytics is disabled until you select Accept analytics. Choosing Essential only does not reduce access to the website or shop.
The liberty_consent cookie is stored for approximately six months. The matching liberty_cookie_consent local-storage preference remains until it is cleared or replaced. You can change or withdraw optional consent at any time using the persistent Manage cookie preferences control displayed on every page. Choosing Essential only expires first-party analytics cookies and reloads the page where necessary to stop optional analytics. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may prevent the basket, checkout or account from working.

Cookie names containing an identifier vary by site configuration. Session cookies normally expire when you close the browser, although browser session-restore features may retain them temporarily.
4. Payment-provider technologies
When Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal payment options are enabled and you choose to use them, those providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for payment processing, fraud prevention and account security. Their names and duration are controlled by the provider and may change. See the relevant provider privacy and cookie information before completing payment:

5. Analytics
If Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is configured, its code is loaded only after analytics consent. Analytics may collect device, browser, approximate location and interaction information. Liberty-i configures direct Google Analytics use with IP anonymisation where supported. We do not use optional analytics if no analytics identifier is configured.
6. Browser controls and further information
