FAQ’s

  • Are your reseller plans anonymous?  We have numerous levels of re-seller agreements and types, as part of which we can white label any product.
  • Can I brand the Wi-Fi handling page?  All our portal landing pages are individually branded and are unique for each business.
  • With your IP based phone system how many simultaneous calls can you make?  With our bespoke service being in place you can make up to 1024 simultaneous calls.
  • How are your VoIP phone calls charged?  All calls are charged at a per second billing.
  • Can I resell your reseller plans?  Yes, but subject to our Master Service Agreement.
  • Do you support my customers?  Different levels of Support are available through our re-seller packages – If you require a higher level of support for a customer, just let us know and we can sort something out for individual companies.
  • How do I bill my customers?  Its down to you really. We will issue you with monthly invoices for services and CDR’s (Call Data Records). From the CDR you will be able to identify your individual customers monthly activities and services, enabling you to invoice them direct.
  • Do your prices include VAT?  All our prices are excluding VAT.
  • Do we get exclusive prices on the iStore?  With our Partner+ re-seller packages you receive an iStore discount, and 30 day credit. We keep our prices on our istore very competitive and check them regularly against other providers.
